Having worked around the globe, Barry and Lucy Jones have perfected the craft of baking in some of the world’s most iconic hotels. Ever since their eyes first locked over a Crème Brulee at The Savoy in London, they’ve been crafting exquisite baked delicacies and desserts together. Backed by a highly skilled team of pastry chefs, we create spectacular celebration cakes and cater for intimate gatherings, kids’ birthday parties, weddings, christenings, corporate lunches and events for up to 500 people. Sourced locally, our coffee is from Roseberry Street Roasters who genuinely care about the globe and wherever possible, source sustainable or organic beans for their roasts. Our blend of expresso is clean, sweet and easy to drink and brings out the floral and fruit notes.
